Program Description
Start your CrossFit journey with Roots, our structured onboarding program at CrossFit Crawley. Work 1-on-1 or in a small group (max 3) with a coach to build a solid foundation of movements, understand CrossFit methodology, and get comfortable with the CrossFit gym environment in Crawley, UK. Roots is the perfect entry point for newcomers to learn safely, gain confidence, and become part of our supportive fitness community.
