Welcome to CrossFit Crawley - situated in Crawley’s beautiful Tilgate Park and just 2 minutes off the M23 from Pease Pottage. We have been an official CrossFit affiliate since 2021, and are a part of the broader global CrossFit community.

The front of the facility has a small kitchen area with a spacious toilet and changing area. The front of the space has a full array of cardio equipment from Assault Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept
2 Ski Erg and measured running routes from the front door. The middle of the space is equipped with an 8 metre pull-up rig with both high and low ring stations. The back of the space stores our dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, ply boxes, barbells, and bumper plates. We have a back room for stretching and chilling - we plan to convert this space in the near future.
